Cancellation Policy

At the CDEC, small group learning is the cornerstone of our teaching philosophy.  We have found through our own experience that hands-on, "elbow-to-elbow" classes are the best way to learn and assimilate advanced dental tropics. Therefore, all of our courses are strictly limited to a small class size. 

Given the nature of a dental practitioner’s schedule, we believe that few practitioners can rearrange their office and personal schedules with less than 60 days notice. Short notice cancellations prevent other colleagues from filling the spot reserved for you. 

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration and final payment is due 60 days prior to a course.  In the case of the workshop bundle, final payment is due 60 days prior to the first course in the bundle.

Cancellations within 30 to 60 days of a scheduled course are eligible for a refund of one half the total tuition. No refund will be given for cancellations within 30 days of a scheduled course.

The CDEC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events as necessary. In such case, tuition or deposit may be refunded in full or transferred to a future course. In no event shall the CDEC be liable for any cancellation or change penalties assessed by an airline or hotel as a result of course date changes or cancellations.
